果然這次讀完的感受跟初讀差很多
擔任過管理職
真的對管理部分多了許多共鳴
尤其一本出版 45 年的書
直接寫出我在上間公司遇到的慘況
而且還不只一件
即便看過也避不了
但我上一份工作有幸遇到書中說的外科手術團隊
三讀應該會是 5 年後這本書出版 50 週年吧
